How long does my order take to ship?

Each bag is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy? 

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
